Ingredients

2 lbs baby potatoes

1 tsp dried rosemary
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp salt

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. Wash and dry the baby potatoes, then cut them in half.
