Garden Herb Spinach Quiche

Ingredients
1 9-inch pie crust
2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
1 cup heavy cream
4 large eggs
1 cup shredded Gruyère cheese
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp nutmeg
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Roll out the pie crust into a 9-inch pie plate, trimming the edges and crimping as desired.
3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, black pepper, and nutmeg until well combined.
4. Stir in the chopped spinach, Gruyère cheese, green onions, parsley, and dill into the egg mixture.
5. Pour the filling into the prepared pie crust and spread evenly.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until the filling is set and the top is golden brown.
7. Allow the quiche to cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Storage
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat slices in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes or until warmed through. Alternatively, microwave on medium power for 1-2 minutes.
