Festive Cranberry Brie Bites

Ingredients
1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
8 oz Brie cheese
1 cup cranberry sauce
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1 tsp fresh rosemary leaves
1 egg (beaten)
1 tbsp water
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface and cut it into 2-inch squares.
3. Place a small piece of Brie cheese in the center of each square.
4. Top the Brie with a teaspoon of cranberry sauce and a sprinkle of chopped walnuts.
5. Fold the corners of each puff pastry square over the filling, pinching the edges to seal.
6. Arrange the bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
7. In a small bowl, whisk together the egg and water to create an egg wash.
8. Brush the tops of each bite with the egg wash, then sprinkle with fresh rosemary, salt, and pepper.
9. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
10. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Storage
Store any leftover bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
To reheat, place the bites in a preheated 350°F (175°C) oven for 5-7 minutes or until warmed through.
