Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter
2 1/2 cups granulated sugar
3/4 cup evaporated milk
12 oz white chocolate chips
7 oz jar marshmallow creme
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

1. Prepare a 9x13 inch baking dish by lining it with aluminum foil and lightly greasing it.
2. In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
3. Stir in sugar and evaporated milk, and bring to a boil. Stir continuously for 4 minutes.
4. Remove from heat and quickly stir in white chocolate chips until melted.
5. Fold in marshmallow creme, vanilla extract, and maple syrup until smooth.
6. Add chopped pecans, mixing thoroughly.
7. Pour the mixture into the prepared dish, spreading evenly.
8. Allow the fudge to cool at room temperature until set.
9. Once set, cut the fudge into squares and serve.

Store fudge in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
