Ingredients
2 large ripe avocados
1 lime, juiced
1/2 tsp salt
4 slices of whole-grain bread, toasted
1 cup diced mango
1/4 cup diced red onion
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 small jalapeño, finely chopped
1 tbsp sriracha sauce
1/2 tsp black sesame seeds
Instructions
1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Mash the avocado with lime juice and salt until creamy.
2. In a separate bowl, combine diced mango, red onion, cilantro, and jalapeño to make the salsa.
3. Toast the slices of whole-grain bread until golden brown and crispy.
4. Spread the mashed avocado evenly over each slice of toast.
5. Top the avocado with a generous spoonful of mango salsa.
6. Drizzle sriracha sauce over the top and sprinkle with black sesame seeds.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy the burst of flavors.
Storage
Store any leftover mango salsa in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Avocado should be consumed fresh.
