Ingredients
1 pre-made graham cracker crust
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 cups coconut milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
Whipped cream for serving
Toasted coconut flakes for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a medium saucepan, combine coconut milk, heavy cream, sugar, shredded coconut, and salt. Heat over medium, stirring regularly until just beginning to simmer.
