Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup creamy peanut butter
2 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped roasted peanuts
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, beat together the butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until creamy.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the cocoa powder, flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, beating until combined.
6. Fold in the chocolate chips and chopped peanuts.
7. Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
