Crock Pot Spiced Apple Country Pork Ribs

Ingredients
2 lbs country pork ribs
1 cup apple cider
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ground ginger
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Season the pork ribs with salt, pepper, and paprika.
2. In a bowl, mix apple cider, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, cinnamon, ground ginger, and minced garlic.
3. Place onion slices at the bottom of the crock pot, then layer the seasoned pork ribs on top.
4. Pour the apple cider mixture over the ribs.
5. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or until ribs are tender.
6. Serve the ribs with the cooking juices spooned over the top.
Storage
Store any leftover ribs in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat the ribs in a microwave-safe dish, covered, on medium power until heated through, or reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 15 minutes.
