Crispy Smoky Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients

2 large sweet potatoes
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Peel and cut sweet potatoes into 1/4 inch thick sticks.
3. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
4. Toss the sweet potato sticks in the mixture until evenly coated.
5. Arrange the sweet potatoes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are not touching.
6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
7. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.

Storage

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheating

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 10 minutes or until heated through.
