Ingredients
1 lb brussel sprouts, halved
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp sriracha sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
2. In a large bowl, toss the halved brussel sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
3. Spread the sprouts on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
4. In a small bowl, mix maple syrup, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
5. Pour the mixture over the roasted sprouts and toss until fully coated.
6. Return to the oven and roast for another 5 minutes until caramelized.
7. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped cilantro before serving.
