Ingredients

3 cups rolled oats
1 cup sliced almonds
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup pure maple syrup
1/3 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, almonds, pecans, sunflower seeds, and shredded coconut.
3. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt together the maple syrup, coconut oil, and brown sugar.
4. Stir in the vanilla extract, salt, and cinnamon into the melted mixture.
5. Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until well coated.
6. Spread the granola mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.
