1 lb asparagus, trimmed
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
