Ingredients
1 lb chicken tenders
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 large eggs
1 tbsp milk
2 cups breadcrumbs
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp onion powder

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In one bowl, mix flour, salt, and pepper.
3. In a second bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
4. In a third bowl, combine breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, and onion powder.
5. Dredge each chicken tender in the flour mixture, shaking off excess.
6. Dip into the egg mixture, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.
7. Place on the baking sheet and lightly spray with cooking spray.
8. Bake for 15-20 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and cooked through.
