Ingredients
1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup dried cranberries
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
3. Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
