Ingredients

2 oz vodka
4 oz tomato juice
0.5 oz fresh lime juice
0.5 oz beet juice
0.25 oz dry vermouth
1 tsp horseradish
1 dash Tabasco sauce
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
2 dashes bitters
Celery salt to taste
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Lime wedge and celery stalk for garnish

Instructions

1. Fill a shaker with ice cubes.
2. Add vodka, tomato juice, lime juice, beet juice, and dry vermouth into the shaker.
3. Add horseradish, Tabasco sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and bitters.
4. Shake well until all ingredients are combined and chilled.
5. Rim a martini glass with celery salt.
6. Strain the mixture into the prepared martini glass.
7. Garnish with a lime wedge and a celery stalk.
8. Serve immediately.

Storage

Store any remaining mixture in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
