Creamy Spinach Delight

A luscious and creamy spinach dip that combines fresh spinach with a blend of cheeses and seasonings for a perfect appetizer. Ideal for gatherings and parties.

Ingredients

1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained thoroughly
1 (8 oz) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 (1.8 oz) envelope of vegetable soup mix
Assorted crackers or sliced bread, for serving

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise and sour cream until smooth.
3. Stir in the spinach, water chestnuts, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
4. Add the chopped green onions and soup mix; mix until all ingredients are well combined.
5. Transfer the dip mixture into a baking dish or oven-proof serving bowl.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving with crackers or sliced bread.

Storage

Store leftover dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheating

Reheat in a microwave-safe container in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until heated through.
