Creamy Herb Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
12 oz spaghetti
2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp butter
Instructions
1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until golden and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and let rest.
3. In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic, sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
4. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine. Bring to a simmer.
5. Gradually stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
6. Add chopped thyme, basil, and parsley, mixing well.
7. Slice the cooked chicken and return to the skillet, along with the cooked spaghetti. Toss to coat in the creamy herb sauce.
8. Serve immediately, garnished with additional herbs if desired.
Storage
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat in a skillet over low heat, stirring occasionally, until warmed through. Add a splash of cream or broth if needed to loosen the sauce.
