Creamy Citrus Pasta Salad
A refreshing and creamy pasta salad featuring a blend of citrus and herbs, perfect for summer picnics and barbecues, easily prepared in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients
1 lb rotini pasta
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup diced cucumber
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1 tbsp orange zest
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, orange juice, lemon juice, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
3. Add the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, parsley, green onions, orange zest, and Parmesan cheese to the bowl.
4. Toss the salad until all ingredients are well coated with the dressing.
5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
Storage
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Best enjoyed cold. If desired, bring to room temperature for a few minutes before serving.
