Creamy Artichoke Spinach Dip

Ingredients
10 oz fresh spinach
14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
3. Add chopped spinach and artichoke hearts to the mixture, stirring until evenly combined.
4. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and spread evenly.
5. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
6. Bake for 25 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Storage
Store leftover dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes or until warmed through.
