Creamy Artichoke Spinach Delight

Ingredients

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until transparent.
3. Stir in artichoke hearts and spinach. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until heated through.
4. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes.
5. Mix in the sautéed vegetables until well combined.
6. Transfer mixture to a baking dish and bake for 25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown on top.
7. Serve warm with crusty bread or tortilla chips.

Storage

Store the dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheating

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and reheat the dip for about 10-15 minutes until warmed through.
