Ingredients
8 cups broccoli slaw mix
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup sliced almonds
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine broccoli slaw mix, dried cranberries, and sliced almonds.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
3. Pour the dressing over the slaw mixture and toss thoroughly to coat evenly.
4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
