Crab Delight Puffs
Crab Delight Puffs are a perfect appetizer combining creamy, savory flavors with a crispy texture, ideal for parties and casual gatherings.

Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
8 oz crab meat, drained and flaked
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp soy sauce
1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
12 wonton wrappers
1 egg, beaten
Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
1. In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, crab meat, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and green onions until well combined.
2. Place a teaspoonful of the crab mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
3. Brush the edges of the wrapper with beaten egg and fold the wrapper over to create a triangle, pressing the edges to seal.
4. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large saucepan to 350°F (175°C).
5. Fry the wontons in batches, turning occasionally, until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per batch.
6. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
7. Serve warm.
Storage
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat in an oven at 350°F for 10 minutes or until heated through.
