Coffee-Infused BBQ Sauce

Ingredients
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup brewed strong black coffee
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp molasses
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the ketchup, brewed coffee, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, and molasses.
2. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce and Dijon mustard, and mix until smooth.
3. Add smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper, stirring to combine.
4. Bring the mixture to a simmer, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
5. Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until thickened to your desired consistency.
6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
7. Remove from heat and let cool before using or storing.
Storage
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
