Oil for frying
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons brewed coffee
1 tablespoon milk

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
2. In another bowl, mix the milk, melted butter, vanilla extract, and eggs until well combined.
3. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until a smooth dough forms.
4. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
5. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1/2-inch thickness and cut out donuts using a donut cutter.
6. Fry donuts in batches for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
7. Remove donuts and drain on paper towels.
8. For the glaze, whisk together powdered sugar, brewed coffee, and milk until smooth.
9. Dip warm donuts into the coffee glaze and let excess drip off before placing on a rack to set.
