Ingredients

4 cups rolled oats
1 cup sliced almonds
1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, sliced almonds, and shredded coconut.
3. In a small saucepan over low heat, combine honey and coconut oil until melted and blended.
