Ingredients

3 large egg whites
2 tbsp granulated sugar
2 tbsp cornstarch

Instructions

3. Gradually add the granulated sugar to the egg whites while continuing to beat until stiff, glossy peaks form.
4. Gently sift the cornstarch over the egg white mixture and fold it in carefully, being cautious not to deflate the mixture.
5. Spoon the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming small rounds or oval shapes.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden and the centers are set.
