Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter, softened
3 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup heavy cream
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon salt

Instructions

1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter with an electric mixer on medium speed until creamy.
2. Gradually add the powdered sugar, one cup at a time, beating well after each addition.
3. Add the heavy cream, vanilla extract, and salt. Beat on high speed for 3-4 minutes until the frosting is light and fluffy.
4. If the frosting is too thick, add a tablespoon of cream at a time until the desired consistency is reached.

Storage

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

Reheating
