Classic Shrimp Pasta Salad
A refreshing and flavorful shrimp pasta salad combining juicy shrimp, tender pasta, and crisp vegetables in a creamy dressing, perfect for a light lunch or dinner.

Ingredients
8 oz elbow macaroni
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup celery, diced
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
2. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and add the shrimp. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until shrimp are pink and opaque. Drain and let cool.
3. In a large bowl, combine cooked macaroni, shrimp, cherry tomatoes, celery, and red onion.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper.
5. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss until everything is well coated.
6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Storage
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Serve cold, no reheating required.
