Classic Rum Balls
Classic Rum Balls are a timeless treat, perfect for holiday gatherings or as a sweet indulgence. These no-bake delights combine the rich flavors of dark rum and chocolate, offering a perfect balance of sweetness and warmth.

Ingredients
1 cup (6 oz) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup dark rum
3 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
1 cup finely chopped pecans
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp light corn syrup
Extra powdered sugar for rolling
Instructions
1. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted chocolate, dark rum, vanilla wafer crumbs, finely chopped pecans, powdered sugar, and light corn syrup. Mix until well combined.
3. Using your hands, shape the mixture into 1-inch balls.
4. Roll each ball in additional powdered sugar until fully coated.
5. Place the rum balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Storage
Store rum balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
Reheating
Rum balls are best served chilled and do not require reheating.
