Ingredients

1 large head of cauliflower
3 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of paprika

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Wash and trim the cauliflower, removing the green leaves and cutting it into bite-sized florets.
3. In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until well coated.
4. Spread the coated cauliflower evenly on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
5. Roast the cauliflower in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

Storage

Store roasted cauliflower in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheating

To reheat, place the cauliflower on a baking sheet and warm in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes.
