Classic Peach Cobbler

Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup milk
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
3. Stir in the milk until the mixture is smooth.
4. Pour the melted butter into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
5. Pour the batter over the melted butter, but do not stir.
6. Arrange the sliced peaches evenly on top of the batter, and sprinkle with cinnamon.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the peaches are bubbly.

Storage

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheating

Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes or until warm.
