Classic Lemonade with a Twist
Cool and refreshing, this lemonade recipe blends the zesty tang of lemons with a refreshing hint of mint and the effervescence of sparkling water, making it a thirst-quenching delight perfect for warm summer days.

Ingredients
8 lemons, juiced
1 cup granulated sugar
6 cups cold filtered water
1 cup fresh mint leaves
2 cups sparkling water
Ice cubes, as needed
Lemon slices, for garnish
Mint sprigs, for garnish
Instructions
1. In a large pitcher, combine lemon juice and sugar. Stir until the sugar completely dissolves.
2. Add cold filtered water to the pitcher and mix well.
3. Gently crush the mint leaves in your hand to release their oils and add to the pitcher.
4. Chill the lemonade in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the mint flavor to infuse.
5. Just before serving, add sparkling water to the pitcher and stir gently to combine.
6. Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the lemonade over the ice.
7. Garnish with lemon slices and mint sprigs before serving.
Storage
Store in a covered pitcher in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
Reheating
No reheating required, serve chilled.
