Ingredients
1 lb fresh asparagus
2 tbsp olive oil
1 lemon, zested and juiced

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. Wash and trim the asparagus, removing the woody ends.
3. In a bowl, toss the asparagus with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
4. Spread the asparagus in a single layer on a baking sheet.
5. Roast in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, until tender yet crisp.
6. Remove from oven and sprinkle with lemon zest and Parmesan cheese.

Storage
