Ingredients
2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cucumber, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
1 cup kalamata olives, pitted
8 oz feta cheese, cubed
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 lemon, juiced
1 tsp dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. In a large salad bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, green bell pepper, and red onion.
2. Add the kalamata olives and cubed feta cheese to the bowl.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
