Classic Garlic Shrimp

A timeless seafood dish featuring succulent shrimp cooked in a garlic butter sauce, perfect for seafood lovers and quick weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

Shrimp (peeled and deveined)
1 lb
Butter
1/4 cup
Garlic (minced)
4 cloves
Lemon juice
2 tbsp
Parsley (chopped)
2 tbsp
Salt
1/2 tsp
Black pepper
1/4 tsp

Instructions

1. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
4. Stir in lemon juice and chopped parsley, and season with salt and pepper.
5. Remove from heat and serve immediately.

Storage

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.

Reheating

To reheat, gently warm in a skillet over medium-low heat until heated through, or microwave on low power to prevent overcooking.
