Classic Egg Sandwich
A timeless and delicious egg sandwich featuring perfectly cooked eggs, crispy bacon, and fresh lettuce, all nestled between slices of toasted bread.

Ingredients
2 large eggs
2 slices of bread
2 strips of bacon
1 leaf of lettuce
1 tbsp mayonnaise
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 tbsp butter
Instructions
1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the bacon until crispy, then set aside.
2. In the same skillet, melt butter and crack the eggs, cooking sunny side up or to your preference.
3. Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
4. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each toasted bread slice.
5. Place lettuce on the mayonnaise side of one bread slice.
6. Add the cooked eggs on top of the lettuce, season with salt and pepper.
7. Layer crispy bacon over the eggs.
8. Top with the other slice of bread, mayonnaise side down.
9. Cut in half and serve warm.
Storage
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
Reheating
Reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F for 5 minutes or until warmed through.
