Classic Creamy Shrimp Pasta

Ingredients
12 oz linguine pasta
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 cup white wine
2 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions and drain.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
3. Add shrimp to the skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper, and cook until pink and opaque.
4. Pour in white wine and lemon juice, allowing it to simmer for 2 minutes.
5. Reduce heat and stir in the heavy cream and parmesan cheese, letting it thicken.
6. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
7. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
Storage
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.

Reheat gently on the stovetop over low heat or in the microwave until warmed through.
