Classic Chicken Salad

Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced chicken breast, mayonnaise, celery, and red onion.
2. Add the lemon juice and Dijon mustard, stirring to combine.
3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
4. Gently fold in the chopped dill and parsley.
5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Storage
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
If reheating, it is best eaten cold; however, you can gently warm it in a microwave for 20-30 seconds if preferred.
