Classic Baked Frittata

Ingredients

8 large eggs
1 cup whole milk
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup diced bell peppers
1 cup chopped spinach
1/2 cup diced onions
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
3. Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add the onions and bell peppers, sauté until they begin to soften, about 5 minutes.
4. Stir in the spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 more minutes.
5. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet with the vegetables, stirring gently to combine.
6. Sprinkle the crumbled feta and fresh basil over the top.
7. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake until the frittata is set and golden on top, about 25-30 minutes.
8. Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Storage

Store the frittata in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheating

To reheat, place a slice on a microwave-safe dish and heat on medium power for 1-2 minutes, or until heated through. Alternatively, reheat in a preheated 300°F (150°C) oven for 10 minutes.
