Classic Baked Cod Delight

Ingredients

1.5 lbs cod fillets
2 tbsp olive oil
1 lemon, sliced
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
2. Place cod fillets in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
3. Season with salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
4. Layer lemon slices on top of the fillets.
5. In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and parsley.
