Ingredients

2 ripe avocados, diced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cucumber, diced
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lime juice
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro (optional)

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, combine the diced avocados, halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, and thinly sliced red onion.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil and lime juice until well combined.
3. Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients in the large bowl.
