Classic Avocado Dip
A deliciously smooth and creamy avocado dip, perfect for pairing with chips or fresh vegetables. Made with ripe avocados, tangy lime juice, and a hint of garlic, this dip is a must-have for any gathering.

Ingredients
2 ripe avocados
1 lime, juiced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1/4 cup diced onion
1 small tomato, diced
Instructions
1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
2. Add lime juice, salt, and black pepper, and mash the avocado with a fork until smooth.
3. Stir in the minced garlic, chopped cilantro, diced onion, and diced tomato.
4. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
5. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Storage
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
Reheating
Best enjoyed fresh, but allow to come to room temperature before serving if refrigerated.
