Ingredients

1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, orange juice, lemon juice, and lime juice.
2. Add soy sauce, minced garlic, parsley, cilantro, honey, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well combined.
3. Place tuna steaks in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are fully coated.
4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for deeper flavor.
5. Remove tuna steaks from marinade and cook as desired, either grilling or pan-searing.

Storage

Store unused marinade in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
