Ingredients
4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tsp lime zest
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lime juice, lemon zest, lime zest, and minced garlic.
2. Stir in the chopped dill and parsley, and season with salt and black pepper.
3. Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring each fillet is well coated. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
5. Grill the salmon fillets for about 6 minutes on each side or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
6. Remove from grill and serve immediately with additional lemon wedges if desired.
