2 lbs flank steak
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
2 tbsp soy sauce
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

1 tsp cumin
1 tsp smoked paprika

5. Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing against the grain.

Storage

Store any leftover steak in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheating

To reheat, slice the steak and warm it in a skillet over medium heat with a splash of water or beef broth to retain moisture.
