Ingredients

Lime Jello, 3 oz package
Orange Jello, 3 oz package
Boiling Water, 2 cups
Cold Water, 2 cups
Canned Mandarin Oranges, drained, 1 cup
Crushed Pineapple, drained, 1 cup
Mini Marshmallows, 1 cup
Whipped Topping, 8 oz container
Cream Cheese, softened, 8 oz
Shredded Coconut, 1/2 cup

Instructions

1. Dissolve lime and orange Jello in 2 cups boiling water.
2. Add 2 cups cold water, stir, and chill until partially set.
3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
4. Fold in whipped topping, then gently mix in partially set Jello.
5. Stir in mandarin oranges, crushed pineapple, and mini marshmallows.
6. Pour mixture into a serving dish and sprinkle shredded coconut on top.
7. Chill until firm, about 4 hours.

Storage

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheating

This salad is best enjoyed cold and does not require reheating.
