Citrus Berry Sangria

A vibrant and refreshing Citrus Berry Sangria, perfect for summer gatherings, combining sweet berries and zesty citrus with a touch of mint.

Ingredients

1 bottle of dry white wine
1/2 cup of orange liqueur
1/4 cup of brandy
1/4 cup of honey
1 cup of strawberries, hulled and sliced
1 cup of blueberries
1 orange, thinly sliced
1 lemon, thinly sliced
1 lime, thinly sliced
1 cup of club soda
1/4 cup of fresh mint leaves
Ice for serving

Instructions

1. In a large pitcher, combine the white wine, orange liqueur, brandy, and honey. Stir well to combine.
2. Add the sliced strawberries, blueberries, orange, lemon, and lime to the pitcher.
3. Gently crush the fresh mint leaves to release their aroma and add them to the pitcher.
4. Refrigerate the sangria for at least 2 hours or until chilled.
5. Just before serving, add the club soda to the sangria to give it a refreshing fizz.
6. Serve the sangria over ice in glasses, ensuring each glass gets a bit of fruit and mint.

Storage

Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Best enjoyed fresh.

Reheating

Serve chilled, do not reheat.
