Cinnamon Vanilla Crepes

Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
1 cup whole milk
1/2 cup water
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk the flour, cinnamon, and salt together.
2. In another bowl, beat the eggs, then add milk, water, vanilla extract, and melted butter. Mix well.
3. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the flour mixture, stirring to combine until smooth.
4. Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium-high heat.
5. Pour 1/4 cup of the batter into the pan, tilting to evenly coat the surface.
6. Cook for about 2 minutes until the bottom is light brown. Flip and cook the other side. Repeat with the remaining batter.
Storage
Store crepes in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
Reheating
Reheat crepes in a warm pan for 1-2 minutes on each side or in the microwave for about 20 seconds.
