Cinnamon Spice Homemade Kahlua

Ingredients

4 cups water
3 cups granulated sugar
2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup instant coffee granules
2 vanilla beans, split and scraped
2 cinnamon sticks
1 1/2 cups vodka

Instructions

1. In a large saucepan, combine water, granulated sugar, and brown sugar over medium heat.
2. Stir until sugars are fully dissolved, then bring to a gentle simmer.
3. Add instant coffee granules and stir until fully dissolved.
4. Remove from heat and add vanilla beans, cinnamon sticks, and vodka.
5. Allow the mixture to cool completely.
6. Once cool, transfer the mixture to a sterilized glass bottle and seal tightly.
7. Store in a cool, dark place for at least 2 weeks to develop flavors, shaking occasionally.

Storage

Store in a cool, dark place for up to 6 months.

Reheating

Do not reheat; serve at room temperature or chilled.
