Cinnamon Apple Overnight Oats

Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats
1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
1 medium apple, diced
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp honey
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt

Instructions

1. In a medium bowl, mix together the rolled oats, almond milk, diced apple, ground cinnamon, honey, vanilla extract, and salt.
2. Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
3. Cover the bowl or transfer the mixture to a jar with a lid.
4. Refrigerate overnight or for at least 6 hours.
5. In the morning, give the oats a good stir and top with chopped walnuts before serving.
